Pc only boots when ram is reseated

RAM SLOT 2 Doesn't work ram not detected in slot 2 second ram slot not doesn't work second ram stick not working second dimm slot not ram slot 13 or 24 As I said my issue was never solved, but during my research into ram slots not working, I found that some people had over-tightened the heatsink

rams slot receiver slot of ram but builtin or ram from company is still responding at any slot but not the new one ram is plz guide me in this
